Shipping Policy
How your order moves from our facility to your bench — from same-day dispatch and tracked carriers to plain packaging and proper cold handling of lyophilized material. Everything below covers logistics and service only.
Same-day cutoff
Cleared orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are prepared and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and U.S. holidays, move on the next business day.
Tracked carriers
Domestic shipments travel via USPS and UPS with end-to-end tracking. A tracking number is emailed the moment your label is generated so you can follow the parcel to your door.
Plain, unbranded packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging with no product names, logos, or descriptions on the exterior. Contents and pricing stay strictly between us.
Free over $200
Domestic orders of $200 or more ship free. Below that threshold, a flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm — no surprises after the fact.
Order processing
Once payment clears, each order enters a short verification and picking queue. We confirm the batch, inspect the fill, and match the Certificate of Analysis to the vials being packed before a label is ever printed. Most orders clear this queue within a few hours; during promotional periods or unusually high volume, processing may extend by one business day, and we will note any delay by email.
The same-day cutoff is 2:00 PM ET. Cleared orders received before the cutoff on a business day ship that day; everything else ships the following business day. Cutoff timing is based on when payment is confirmed, not when the order is first submitted.
Carriers & tracking
Domestic parcels ship with USPS and UPS, selected by destination, weight, and the service level you choose at checkout. As soon as your label is generated, a confirmation email with the carrier and tracking number is sent to the address on file. If tracking has not updated within two business days of dispatch, reach out through our contact page and we will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf.
Plain, unbranded packaging
Privacy is the default, not an upgrade. Orders leave in plain outer packaging with no branding, product names, or descriptive language on the exterior. The return label lists a neutral shipper name. Inside, vials are cushioned and secured to survive normal transit handling, with the paperwork you need — including batch references — sealed away from view.
Estimated delivery windows
The ranges below are carrier transit estimates measured from the day a parcel leaves our facility — they do not include order processing time and are not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs, and customs can all shift the actual date.
Domestic — Standard
Ground service to all 50 U.S. states after the parcel leaves our facility.
Domestic — Expedited
Priority options are surfaced at checkout where the destination supports them.
International
Transit time depends on the destination country and its customs processing.
Domestic & international
Within the United States
Free shipping applies at $200 and above; a flat rate is shown at checkout for smaller orders. Delivery is available to all 50 states, including PO Boxes where the carrier permits.
Outside the United States
Select international destinations are supported at checkout. The import of research chemicals may be regulated or restricted in your country, and clearing customs — along with any duties, taxes, or permits — is the buyer's responsibility.
Before ordering from outside the U.S., confirm that the compound may lawfully be imported to your address. We cannot advise on foreign regulations, and we are unable to refund or replace parcels seized, returned, or delayed by a customs authority. Orders that cannot be lawfully imported should not be placed.
Cold handling of lyophilized product
Compounds ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, a form that stays stable at ambient temperature for the short transit windows above, so most orders travel without a cold pack. When forecast conditions or destination warrant it, we add insulated packaging to limit heat exposure in transit.
On arrival, inspect the vials and move them into cold storage promptly. As a general handling guideline for laboratory material, keep sealed lyophilized powder refrigerated and protected from light and moisture, and follow the storage direction printed on each vial and its Certificate of Analysis. Brief warmth during shipping does not compromise sealed lyophilized powder.
